Notary Applications
Again, this process is administered by the Isle of Man Courts.  Please see the Application 1 and Application 2 for further information (both must be completed).

Notes
– Charges will apply in both cases for a) the “Drawing of the Commission” (basically approving & drafting such) and b) the “Enrolment of a Commission” (once approved by His Honour). The charges, from April 2024, will be £62.00 and £30.00, respectively.

– Applications for either of the above to be sent Isle of Man Courts

– All references are required to be hard copies, carrying an original signatures. No emails or unsigned copies will be accepted and will be returned to the applicant.
